In the first floor of the apartment : living area (room with satellite TV and videorecorder), kitchen (and dining area with available washing machine), double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.Living area with access onto a terrace of 10 m2 with panoramic sait on the garden and on the village Subbiano.From the first floor with two stairs approached two single beds of 4 m2 everyone for total four beds.The apartment had been costructed with great care to the thermal isolation so has to garantee optimal comfort in summer and winter.Available centralized heating, conditioned air in the living room and bed for a children.The furnishing is very confortable.Is possible to take domestic animals.To approach at the apartment there's a characteristic stair in wood situated on the villa's back from the opposite part of the garden.To the outside in common with the villa's owner we find garden of 400 m2 with deckchair and beds, swimming pool with covering in mosaic of 5 m x 11 equipped of nocturnal lighting system, ping pong, firewood, barbecue, pergola in wood with tables and chairs, garden with free access to the farm produces and parking.

Near Arezzo (14 Km), beautiful Tuscan city and Casentino National Forest Park (25 Km), the villa is built on a hill near (1 Km) Subbiano, village with stores of every kind. The position of Villa Nella concurs to easily visit in the arc of one day famous artistic and cultural places like Firenze, San Gimignano, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Cortona, Lucignano, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Monterchi, La Verna and Camaldoli.
